WIDESPREAD USE OF ECSTACY TABLETS IN SOUTH
CYPRUS (25.09.02)
According to the Greek Cypriot
daily “Fileleftheros”, the drug problem and the use of ecstacy tablets by
the Greek Cypriot youths, are increasing each day in South Cyprus.
It was reported that the
officials from the Greek Cypriot Narcotic Office, during two operations this
week, obtained 6 thousand ecstacy tablets on one occasion and 167 ecstacy
tablets on another.
